Arwanatoto Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guide

This document contains the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Arwanatoto platform, accessible via arwanatoto.biz and all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated by Arwanatoto.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any arwanatoto service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please do not use the arwanatoto platform.

Arwanatoto reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, for material or significant changes, Arwanatoto will endeavour to notify users via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use Arwanatoto's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. Arwanatoto takes the protection of minors and underage individuals very seriously.
• Fully legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is prohibited or restricted.
• Register only one (1) personal account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Arwanatoto reserves the right to verify all information provided.

The arwanatoto account registration process requires you to provide your full name, a valid Malaysian mobile number, an active email address, and a strong password. All information will be verified during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before your first withdrawal is approved.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. arwanatoto will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Arwanatoto account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
• Arwanatoto reserves the right to request document verification (MyKad, bank statement) before processing any withdrawal.
• Any changes to account information must be reported to the arwanatoto support team within 7 days.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure.

Arwanatoto accepts deposits only via payment methods that are valid and licensed in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Arwanatoto does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or through payment methods not listed below.

Arwanatoto is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delay. Players are eligible to withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed full KYC verification (valid MyKad or passport).
• All applicable bonus rollover requirements have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account held in the same name as the Arwanatoto account holder.
• Arwanatoto reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

Arwanatoto offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All offers are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated alongside each promotion. The general bonus terms for Arwanatoto are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• The standard rollover requirement is 10x–20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings that exceed the rollover requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Arwanatoto reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or abuse.
• Players may not hold more than one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — please check the expiry date in your account. Expired bonuses will not be extended.

All games available on the Arwanatoto platform — including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger), poker, and progressive jackpots — use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Arwanatoto itself.

• Settled game results are final and cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Arwanatoto will restore the session to its pre-disruption state using stored log data.
• Arwanatoto is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures on the player's end.
• Bets placed during a known system outage may be voided and funds returned.
• The advertised RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term average and is not a guarantee of individual winnings.

The arwanatoto Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, BWF badminton, esports (Mobile Legends MPL, CS2, Dota 2), and a wide range of other sports. Sports Betting is subject to the following specific rules:

• All odds are quoted in Decimal format and are final at the time the bet is placed.
• Bets accepted before a match's start time remain valid even if team lineups change.
• For in-play betting, odds may change at any time. Confirmed bets will not be affected.
• Arwanatoto reserves the right to void bets where there is an obvious odds error resulting from a technical fault.
• Bets on matches postponed by more than 12 hours from the original start time will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For esports, bets are settled based on official results from recognised tournament organisers.

Arwanatoto has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraud, abuse, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other players. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Multiple accounts: Owning or operating more than one Arwanatoto account.
• Use of bots: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI to play or make betting decisions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker.
• Money laundering: Using the Arwanatoto platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Bug exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
• False information: Providing a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using systematic methods to claim bonuses beyond the set limit.

Any violation will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and possible legal action.

Arwanatoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice: breach of these terms, suspicious activity, law enforcement requests, or to protect the integrity of the platform and other players.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time via live chat or support email. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of verification.

For players requesting account closure for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion), Arwanatoto will honour the request and activate an access block for the requested duration, ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

Arwanatoto provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Arwanatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Arwanatoto's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Arwanatoto is not liable for the actions of third parties, including game providers, payment processors, or network service providers.

Arwanatoto reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the latest version. We recommend that you review this page periodically.

For material amendments — those that directly affect user rights or liabilities — arwanatoto will send a notification via registered email or in-platform message at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
